About Samantha
I know, from my own time in therapy as a client, just how life-changing it can be to have a caring, supportive and non-judgmental space to process your emotions and life experiences. I believe that we all have the ability to heal, grow and connect more deeply with ourselves in the context of this nurturing relationship.
Therapy is a collaborative process. I use a combination of therapy modalities, including parts work and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), but tailor treatment to each individual. We will work together as a team to determine which approach best meets your needs.
